Pokémon GO and TCG trainers get excited for the special release of the Professor Willow card previously teased! Just in time for the professor’s birthday, this card will be released in July. This will be a traditional Professor’s Research card, allowing the player to discard their hand and draw seven new cards when played. The artwork features the adventuring professor hiking with a trusty Melta catching a ride on his shoulders, pointing the way to further adventures beyond. 

 

In addition, there will be a special Pokémon GO tie in! The Professor Willow cards will come with a code that will unlock a Special Research Quest featuring the mythical Meltan, the Hex Nut Pokémon GO which was first discovered in Pokémon GO. Details to follow on what the quest will entail.
